Need A Good Server Case

I work for a 100+ computer lab at a University. Our current server cases are simple HP midtower cases with the stock 340 watt power supplies. They run 3.2 prescotts and a 4 disk raid 5 array. I need new cases with excellent cooling, noise is not an issue, and can support 6+ hard drives. I have been looking at the CM stacker and a lian-li. I have a budget of about $200-250 per case and power supply. Any suggestions are welcome!
