Need a good office prank.

I work in a cubicle farm and it's standard practice to decorate/prank a coworker's cubicle on their birthday. Problem is, with over 200 cubicles over 15 years, everything has seemingly been done.

Does anyone have some good suggestions? The criteria is that it's unique or unusual, doesn't involve permanent damage, is reasonable economic, can be reversed during the course of the day, can be accomplished in a few hours, and doesn't involve the IT guys (they're not very cooperative with this stuff )

So, any good ideas?

are they 4 pack? Are they bolted down? if not, given enough muscle you can rotate say 90 degrees. Can get very confusing

There is always the classic saran wrap around the cubicle and filling it with shredded paper

Take a picture of his cube, and take a picture of a cube beside it. And then swap everything putting everything in EXACTLY the same place as where it was, just in a different cube.

This could be a part of the prank (saw it in a Youtube video):
Replace all the Windows Sounds (Menu Popup, Menu Command, Maximize, Minimize, Welcome etc.) with porno sounds.

For instance,
Startup: Hmmm...does this pizza come with extra sausage?
Start Menu: HARDER!
Programs: HARDER!
Accessories: HARDER!
Notepad: OMG OMG OMG! YES!

Two problems with this though:
1. You can change system sounds without needing Admin rights, right?
2. Female co-worker+anything sexual = potential problems.
