I just received a PooBoo D616 spin bike and don't want to commit to a paid app when I'm just starting out. If I don't start using my legs and getting my heart and lungs in shape I'm going to have problems in the near future. I'm hoping to find an app for beginners that can help keep me motivated and help get me on the bike on a regular basis. Do you have any suggestions?

The bike can send data to a device and can use apps like zwift, etc. No heart monitor though.

Not sure if strava interfaces but it’s pretty widely regarded as the best biking app.
Thank you! It's one of the apps mentioned on the bikes product page on amazon. It looks like they may have some sort of free features in the app and a affordable sub so I'll check it out. Edit: Or maybe it's now cheap as I see many complaints about costs in the reviews.

For now I'm using CycleGo which has 3 free tracks but I'm not sure if the apps shows my rpm or if my bike isn't compatible. I may also have a look at Trainer Day since they have free options and a cheap sub if I ever do want more. A couple more free options I found are in this article. https://www.cyclistshub.com/best-indoor-cycling-apps/#what-are-the-best-free-indoor-cycling-apps
