Need a free pdf to jpeg (or other image) converter

I have a pdf flyer I need to email out in the body of an email so I need to convert it to a jpg or other picture file I can insert into an Outlook Express or Outlook email.
Can anyone recommend one?

What about just using the PrintScrn button to capture a picture of it, then plunk it into an image editor. Or on Vista, use the Snipping tool and save it as a .PNG.

D'Oh!
Worked great, though I had to rotate the pdf so I could see it completely since apparently the snipping tool doesn't scroll.
It takes a pretty good picture.

maybe open it in the acrobat plugin for firefox and then use an add-on like fireshot to take a scrolling screenshot?
