We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. Vector based obviously. Illustrator is cheap/free to universities. Or you could learn SVG. If its simple, you can pick up SVG quickly. You can do vector graphics in powerpoint too.

well, smartdraw already has all the intersections premade, so I dont have to actually draw anything. Just drag and drop. are there programs that can do that???
