need a descent android tablet

i was looking for a android tablet. i wanted a nvidia shield
but i cant find a new one without a substantial markup.
i bought a samsung galaxy tab A 10.1.
i was not happy with the purchase. the screen does not look as good
as my old lenovo tab 2 10 inch, the internal storage space is small after their built in apps,
it gets glitch/unresponsive sometimes.
i only have a budget of $250.
i just wanna play `game of thrones,xcon games.
i was considering a lenovo tab 3 plus/business but im not
sure if its even as fast as the samsung.
can someone recommed me the best 10 inch tablet i could get
at around $250 ???
