Get a salt stick. They sell them at natural food stores, and some better supermarkets. You can get a bare crystal which is hard to hold onto, and you drop and break it, or get one that's formed into a stick shape, and sold in a plastic tube(my preference).

My stink cannot be contained by a mere stick of salt. :p

It takes a few days for me to get stinky if I use that sort of thing after showering every day, but I do eventually get stinky. I'd stink in a day without it, so it does something, but I'd have to use something more powerful once or twice a week.
