Need a decent low-end video card for an Athlon XP system

I'm looking for a cheap (under $100) video card that's reliable and decent quality for an AthlonXP. No games will be played on it. Only requirements really are that it has at least 64 MB DDR and both VGA and DVI, and good 2d performance.

Anyone have any suggestions? Again, it's not going to be used for games, more for business purposes.

However, their cards are expensive (at least relative to their performance). If you don't need the absolute best 2D output quality, something like a RADEON 9200SE or FX5200 would also work.

is G550 any better than G400 in terms of avi (divx/xvid/wmv) playback? AFAIK they were notorious for lack of X-Y interporlation, correct me if i am wrong...
