Price depends on performance, under 100 bucks would be nice. I can't really think of anything else cordless I'd need - what else do you guys use?

For a homeowner I don't see any reason to spend more than $100 anyway. That's what my Craftsman cost (19.2v). I started using the Craftsman 19.2v while working for a contractor and liked it enough to buy my own. It has nearly as much torque as a comparable DeWalt (400 in-lbs vs 450 I believe). Batteries are cheaper to replace.
