need a COOL case, no matter the price, small-ish

Hey there... I basically need a case soon with the following requirements and I need help:
1) 300W+ Power Supply (ATX) / for a P4 2.66GHz
2) Shorter than 20"
3) COOL COOL COOL! this is my main requirement, as the generic case I have now overheats really quickly.

The price doesn't really matter here, but preferably $250 or less.

With that budget I would pick up just about any Lian-Li case with a Antec Truepower 430 PSU. That would be the most stylish in my opinion. A good cooling solution would be the Antec SLK3700.
