Need a cool calculus Project

hey guys, I take AP Calculus I AB in school and my teacher always has us do a project at the end of the quarter. Do any of you math buffs out there know any cool tricks or anything to do with math or calculus that would be cool to do a poster on? Maybe the Golden Rule, or Hypocycloids or sumthing like that.

You might try some of the early derivations of "e". Newton discovered an infinite series that converges very rapidly to e. Euler (pronounced "oiler") discovered numerous infinite continued fractions for both e and pi.

You could do something with Euler's equation, e^(i)(pi) + 1 =0 which ties together five fundamental constants of math: 0, 1, pi, e, i.

If you can find it in your local library, e: The Story of a Number by Eli Maor has some facinating reading about "e". Chapter 13 and other parts of the book cover Euler's formula.
