Need a computer on two different Work Groups

Not sure it this can be done easy enough but I need a computer that can be on 2 diff workgroups.

The computer is on a network now that has a router and a DSL conection to the internet. Is there a way to have that computer on another network that has a Cable conection and its own router with out having the two LANs on the same routher?
 
Please don't abuse terms. Workgroup is not the same as network.....

I THINK I get what you need...setup the computer with 2 NIC's
