I'm building a home arcade machine using MAME as emulator. I have a 23" TV that has both S Video and RCA video in connectors. What is a cheap video card that will output to SVideo or RCA?

I don't need any frills whatsoever. The games I will be emulatoing don't need 3d capabilities.

Are there alternatives to the All In Wonder cards or is that what you guys would suggest???

Since all you need is TV-out, check newegg's "powered by ATI" section for a $36 Radeon 7000. You might find something even cheaper in AT FS/FT forum.

Thanks for the ideas. I think I will go with the ATI 7000 64SDR for $39 @ newegg.
