Got my second Chaintech VNF3-250 from ZZF for $54 w/ 2nd day air. This is the best overclocking 754 board on a budget.

ECS NF4 PCIe board appears to be the best overclocker (for now) and is stable. It won't OC as high as a typical high end S939 NF4 but will get you around 250 FSB.

Eh, the last time I looked for socket 754 mobos with PCI-E from Asus, Abit, DFI or MSI, there was only like one per company man! Anyway, I chose the Asus K8N4-E Deluxe. It may not be dirt cheap, but, ah, wait, I think the DFI one overclocks better. Oh well, the Asus one has firewire and a MIDI/game port.
