Need a cable modem

I tried to save buying a new cable modem but that failed. The company no longer supports my old WCG200 Linksys. So I have to leave my current cable modem here and that means i'll need a new one when I move in a few weeks. I currently have a 6120. I was looking at either the 6141 or something else.. I was told the latest is the 6180 (???) Which is better?

That's what I've used for a few months and haven't had any issues.

I was a comcast tech during the pit of the recession. Motorola surfboards made my life much easier. I'd save them for the areas with low signal strength. They always seemed to lock on and never break. Cisco also makes a neat modem/wifi combo if you live in a small space it'd be good to check them out. I installed a few and was pleasantly surprised by how well they worked.. out of the box at least.
