Need a budget P4 motherboard

I have a Celeron 2GHz and 512mb of PC2100 memory, want to put together a cheap system for my sister and need a motherboard recommendation. I think this processor can be OC'ed to 2.66GHz running 133FSB. Just need a motherboard that can overclock and have all the basic features (onboard NIC, sound, USB 2.0). Of course I want a quality board, but want to spend as little as possible. Thanks for your help!

Check newegg for an ABIT IS7 or IS7-E2.

If you want to go cheaper, just look to make sure the board has an Intel chipset. The bigger brands are more overclocker friendly, but even an ECS 848P-A has a basic Intel chipset plus FSB adjustments (no voltage adjustments though).

If you can do without onboard video and firewire, check out the IS7-V. It's the IS7, without onboard video and firewire.

I love the IS7 series of boards, they're very affordable from Newegg.

Was hoping to find something in the $50 range. But I guess I am willing to pay a little more for ABIT quality... 🙂

But anybody else? Thanks for help...
