Need a board

Well, just looking at the specs on the Asus website it does offer raid0/1/10 and uses DDR2 (up to 1066). And it supports AM3 CPUs - but it may need a BIOS flash.

But that's kind of an old chipset, I would look for a board with a newer chipset (790GX, 790FX, etc) with the SB750 southbridge for better overclocking.

ASRock AOD790GX $105

Raid0/1/5/10
DDR2-1066 up to 16GB

This board also has a much better integrated sound chip.

Well, the main reason for the new suggestion is for the SB750 southbridge which gives much better OC with the older Phenom I chips. I haven't seen any evidence either way for the newer PhII chips but it certainly cannot hurt to have a newer chipset.

Just to clarify though, the board you originally linked does have the features you're looking for and could be overclocked. I haven't seen any reviews on the AMD 770 chipset though to know how well/poorly they tend to OC so I cannot address that issue.
