I head the official one is the best, but it's too expensive. Are there any good ones where the speeches are clear for ~$20?
 
Check the clearance section at your local Target. There is a game (Endwar, I think?) bundled with a BT headset that has been seen on Clearance for about ~$30.
 
I picked up 4 copies of Endwar w/ the Official PS3 headset for $22.50 each. Very good headset, highly recommend it if you can fine one cheap.

Endwar isn't that bad either once you get used to it.
