Yeah, just create a separate user account, make sure it's a limited user account (not an admin). Password protect the main (Admin) account.
Then, if you want to limit the user further, use the Local Group Policy editor (start, run, gpedit.msc).
Truth be told, even you should not be using your Admin account as your primary user account. Create a user account for yourself as well. Just use the Admin for things an admin is required for, if you can.
