Need a 70th b-day present suggestion

My parents both turn 70 in the next few weeks and need an idea for a very cool gift. Right now, the urgency is for my mom who's birthday is first.

I thought about getting her a tree - something that would last forever....
Also considered a day of youthful rejuvenation at a spa.

any other ideas?
 
Lubricant would be a good idea.

You know, if I were a 70-year-old dad, I wouldn't want to have any trouble using the locks/doors (hinges) in my home.
 
I'd have to add my vote to the B&B idea if you have the cash. The Spa for your mom also sounds quite nice.(Since your dad might not share the enthusiasm about a B&B 😉)
