This is exactly what I see with my G630 CPU. Good on network and poor to my iphone over internet.

I went with a g850 on my first htpc build and used an i5 2400 on my 2nd build. My server's currently running a g630 right now. Plex has added some new features since I posted this thread and everything seems to be working pretty well atm.
