Need a 21" Monitor Reccomendation

I'm putting together a gaming system. Looking for any reccomendations on 21" or 22" flat CRT's that are very affordable (like $400 or less) and devlier good quality picture for gaming. Want to play at high resolutions.

Any suggestions?
