NEED 2 KNOW FAST: Installing XP home

alright, i have a sealed oem disc for XP home edition, but when i do the setup, (via, insert disc setup, hit a key, wait for setup to load blue screen, it all loads) once its in the setup, it ask's for a 2nd CD, SP2 cd, which i do not have!

Is there any way around this?

so the disc you have says "sp2" but you dont have disc 2?
could try downloading sp2 and burning it.
sounds...tricky.

No, I have the holographic XP cd, but it asks for SP2 cd....

ive actually not yet run across a windows xp setup that was more than a single disc.

did you buy the disc off ebay or something?

nope, i got ir from a comp shop in winnipeg, but i solved the problem.. i got a new one
