Need 2 120mm case fans, 2 90mm case fans

Personal opinion.

120mm
heatsinks, the Scythe S-Flex
intake, Yate Loon DS12-SL
exhaust, Scythe Slipstream

92mm -
heatsinks, Noctua NF-B9 (Or Japan-made Panaflo med. speed)
intake, Akasa Amber
exhaust, Delta Triple Blade Low Speed 38mm

The Scythe Kaze Jyu 100mm fans are nice if they'll fit your mounting locations. The have holes for 92mm mountings too, but the frame is a bit bigger than a normal 92mm fan. Of course I'd recommend the C-M Y720... fans in my FS/T listing if you want quiet most of the time but may need to kick it up a notch on occasion.

NF-P12 are the best 120mm fans on the market, but they're way expensive and have rather ugly colors. They're the absolute best on CPU coolers.

Other then those, can't go wrong wit Yate Loons, or Scythes.

I have a Scythe Kaze-Jyu and a Scythe Slipstream (medium-low speed version) and I don't hear either one of them. The Slipstream was a noticeable improvement over the Yate Loon it replaced. However, that's not to say the Yate was loud, and I didn't undervolt it, which I hear is the key.
