My brand new NEC 3540 hasn't had any problems with CD's, but it's having problems reading DVD data disks. One it didn't see anything on the disk at all and the other it couldnt load many of the files. I checked these on other drives and they are fine.
Do I have a bad drive, or is this a common problem with this model?
