Mine also was at "U.S.Minor Outlying Islands" and it took 4 tries to get it to change,,,back to USA finally again..

nope mine still says U.S. Minor Outlying Islands
and now it tells me
"ERROR: Your signature you entered, has exceeded the maximum length"

This has nothing to do with the new forum, alot of the issues are data transfer issues from the old db. We moved a 22 gb database manually to a new db. This is not an easy task and it will not be perfect, but the importand data was moved properly.
