yeah it's $350 after 2yr contract with cingular. F amazon. who doesn't have a contract already. this phone is way overpriced right now and anyone who pays the $599 retail should be shot.

The first few batches of V3's as well as V551's are unlocked, but Cingular is going to change their policy of leaving world phones unlocked any day now. If you are looking for a V3, I have 2 and plan on selling 1...

They come unlocked from Cingular. You can use it on any providers network. I know for a fact.

They are a cingular exclusive in the US.
