I got my dvdr a few weeks ago..... good enough for me.

It was a good watch. I prefer Bourne Identity (came out at about the same time).

I was invited to its premier at NYC in Zegfeld Theatre and had the (luck) and oppurtunity to meet some stars and celebrities in real life.

Although not Cruise but I did managed to speak/meet the director Mr Speilberg himself, Mknight, PDiddy, Sarah Jessica Parker ( she was the friendliest of all ), Penelope Cruz, Lawrence Fishbone ( matrix ), Jewel, Madonna , Mike Meyers, CEO Sony Movies and few other celebrities/big shots.

Before the actual playing of the movie , we all were take to a hall/served champagne/drinks and I was brushing shoulders with a lot the most known/famous people to walk earth ..

That was my greatest moment in America for last 12 years ... I was up there ... amongst them for a short 3 hours and I walked the red carpet as well ...

It may seem shallow but one thing is sure :: The glamour, fame, flamboyance attached to these celebrities is so poweful that for a common person like me .. it takes over you immediately .. you get washed away with it.

My date almost fainted when she saw Cruise but I did not meet him .. I was eyeing the ladies .. he he ..and trying to act as if I was someone important as well ..... And one thing .. Mr. Cruise has a crooked nose.. real bent crooked if you close up ..

Hence I stick with the ID by the movie name here on ATOT as well .. that 3 hours was something never I shall forget.

Bought it as a Christmas present for my brother, he never saw the movie but should like it and I wanted to see it again. It was definately one of the best movies this year in the theater, and Sci-Fi is cool. Did not like AI but this Speilberg movie was much better. Bought the Widescreen two-disc version at Best Buy today for $15.99 with the bonus cdrom in the front of the wrapped package.. about 5-10% of the copies there had the cdrom included.
