NDS to Active Directory Migration

Anyone have any experience with this migration, and can provide some good advice and also recommend a good Active Directory book?

We are migrating from NW 4.11 to Active Directory, and are beginning the research and planning stage. I have yet to know of anyone that has conducted this migration.
Any words of wisdom would be more than helpful! (Besides the obvious certification path...)

Run your servers up to Netware 5.1 and NDS 8 (or higher) install E-Directory and then migrate with your 2k servers.

Why should i upgrade to nw 5.1? All the migration tools i have seen, including the one from microsoft will upgrade you from nw 3.12 or higher......

Anyone i have ever seen or heard from that migrated from Netware to 2k and vice versa said it was a horror show and thet the "Supposed" migration tools were junk....
I could be wrong, you probably wont know until you try it.

Ya, I only have a 75 user network, so if they suck, i will just start from scratch i guess.....
