ndis error for over 2.1ghz processor in win98...need help

It sounds like all it needs is a modified or updated ndis.vxd driver....

Can anyone give this to me or link me to a site (not microsuck though, I have spent the last hour f^cking with those morons and their dipsh^t site) to get the file...

cool... didn't know there was a problem... what kinda CPU? or maybe your NIC?

might be time for a new OS
 
Are you trying to install 98 on an overclocked northwood P4? Given that you are stating 2.1 Ghz, would lead me to believe so. If so, underclock your proc and see if it installs ok. If so, do all the updates,patches, etc..Then clock back up to 2.1.
