NCP Ram??

NCP RAM is cheap stuff....their PC133 is actually rated at 8ns (125MHz). Seems stable at 133Mhz, but doesn't want to go much higher.
 
Type of processor is not relevant. CAS3 RAM is slower than CAS2 RAM. If you wish to overclock, NCP is NOT the way to go.
