I definitely concour, I dropped probably 60-70% of my passes when I play NCAA 2005.

I will have to check out maddenmania.com and see some of the settings.

You're telling me you've never seen a WR drop a pass in real life after it hits the numbers? Sometimes people have off days and sometimes they take their eyes off the ball. It's all a part of the game. It happens, get over it and go play.

have you played this game? if not then STFU plzkthx

Yes, I have played it, along wtih NCAA 2004/5 and Madden 2001-5. So why don't you STFU.

With pretty much any team with a strong run offense, run FB Over after a pitch/toss/option play and it's almost guaranteed 30+ yard run. :)

I can maintain ~60% completion in the difficulty setting just below Heisman, but what bothers me more is how the DBs tip the ball and play volleyball with the damn football(and eventually pick it off). That, and the corners are way too adept at playing the ball thrown over their(and their assignment's) shoulders. They also jump too high while running towards one direction.

Another thing is that the deep ball is too easy. If there's a single coverage downfield, you just have to throw it up there to create a 1-on-1 jump ball situation and too often the WR comes out ahead. I really like the game, but I think the ESPN series has surpassed it in the actual playing dept. The recruiting phase of the game still rocks though.

agreed.

The PS2 version of this game plays much better than the Xbox (PS2 controller has a better layout and it plays faster on PS2).
