Cause sure enough -- people have asked all over the internet why peter pan is being played by a female on TV.

Apparently they were too young to remember Mary Martin in the role. When I was a kid, SHE WAS PETER PAN.

Mixing a Brooklyn accent with a Cockney accent doenst work so well either. But watching Christopher Walken do a Captain Hook is just hilariously bad.

Could he look more bored when he was doing that role 😀 I was laughing at how half assed he was sword fighting, lip syncing songs, and pretty much anything that required movement. It was like he was saying "Just tough this out and get that one last paycheck before I can buy that island!"

As for the story of Peter Pan, from what I gather is seems to be the story of a transgender person gathering a group of kids to bait a bunch of child predators?
