It's definitely based on the Lux Aeterna from Requiem for a Dream. But it's not that exactly. There's no chorals or drums and it doesn't reach the intensity in the soundtrack version. I like the version from the vid better. I wonder if it was a live performance or something.

Yep, I just got the ST and the video is definately a live orchestra version.
