When he speaks, he seems to be looking off in the distance. It almost sounds like he wants to say one thing, and then he actually says something else. A very strange person. He looks & sounds like a person with some sort of pending mental issues. I don't mean this in a disrespectful way... he just seems really odd & unstable. I wish him luck.
