LOL this is actually funny. I'll love to see Shaq with short shorts. I'm FAR from a rap fan, but what is the big deal with them being long? As long as it'sn ot hanging off their ass like how they wear their jeans, then i don't see a problem with it.

Because the NBA loves to control every aspect of the league. Thing thing is, it isn't like the players are taking normal size shorts and wearing them different. The shorts they wear are made long on purpose.

I can't help but think that the NBA hype machine thinks that the shorts are too 'black' or hiphop. Kinda sad really, because the NBA needs to get a clue.

Actually, I never even realized that these any of these players had different length shorts than the rest of the peeps. It's not entirely obvious like Deion wearing his XXXXXXXL football jersey so that his sleeves hit his wrists or anything. The only person I can think of that obviously wears a different set of shorts is John Stockton with his "sprayed on" shorts. I certainly hope O'Neal doesn't opt for those...
