How about doing what the Wizards did in the first round, constantly throw a double team at Lebron as soon as he crosses half court. The Wizards had a lot of success with it, and I'm sure the better personnel that the Pistons have could do it even better. Make Sideshow Bob, Rubber ankles, and Cueball gooden beat you.
