Shaq is not in top health. A bruised thigh does not keep someone out as long as he's been out. Dwayne Wade is an excellent player, but he is not Kobe Bryant; the Heat/Pistons series will look like last year's Finals. The Pistons will be fairly successful in locking down Wade, and will let Shaq get his 20-30 points a game (if he can get that playing injured, if at all). I say Pistons in 6.
Suns vs. Spurs: I haven't been paying that much attention to the Western Conference during the season, but this will be a good series. I think it will end up being the Suns in the end (6 or 7 games) simply because I think Nash is that good. He simply will not give up, and that means neither will his teammates.
Ultimately I'd like to see the Suns and the Pistons in the Finals. Each team epitomizes their respective conferences' different styles of play. However, I think the 'Stons will end up on top. Why? D wins Championships. It always has, and it always will.

if nash keeps playing the way he has been...suns
otherwise the pistons...even though they should've been banned from the playoffs after that stupid fight...

Uhm, OK.. How many Pistons players were involved in that fight?

Oh right.. None.

nash is good no doubt, but he definetly not the best player in that series, infact i think he's the 4th best player between the suns and the spurs...overall spurs will come out on top because they're gonna make the suns play half-court.

as for teh east, i believe the pistons are gonna come out on top because they;re gonna lock down wade and give shaq quite a bit of trouble too. Lets see how wade deals with the pistons defense cause AI, who was tremedously underrated this season, tore them up, averaging more than 31 pts in the postseason.

if the heat to make it against the spurs, duncan will outplay him. No one can stop shaq but duncan might be teh only person who can outperform him and take the shaq advantage away

I'm hoping for the Suns because i'm a big fan of Steve Nash and I think he really did deserve the mvp, but i think miami has the best chance. Shaq + good outside player = ownage and lakers would've won last year if the team didn't hate each other so much.

duncan is amazing. i went online to check the score and he was 1-7 and in foul trouble with the suns holding one. then he gets in and a few mins later when i check he's 4-10 and the spurs are up a few...he fouls amare and he goes out and when i check a few mins later the suns are up 9. i come back rite now and he's 9-17 and the spurs are holding 1. all this happend in a quarter and half.

Ya the Spurs look like their rolling. Get ready for the most boring NBA Finals ever. San Antonio vs. Detroit.

only boring if you're an espn-dunk-highlight-whore.

exciting basketball is about making plays...on both ends of the court. not just scoring 150 points.

I agree... Same with football. Some people like watching the colts score 10 TDs... I prefer to watch a nice defensive battle.

i'll admit watching poor offense is no fun. however, watching no defensive is just as dull to me.

yesterday's detroit vs. miami game, the end was decided by two huge defensive plays by Sheed. that was exciting basketball to me.

also, i dont know how you can say the spurs are boring...both games they went over a hundred...and they actually play multidimensional ball which is much more fun that watch nash penetrate and pass to marion or amare or kick it out to richardson or johnson.

the spurs can play any style of basketball and win...something no other team can do.
