HELL YA!!

<--- Sad Lakers fan who hopes lakers can at least get to 2nd round :(.

but ya, Goo LAKERS!!!!

I'm also looking foward to seeing trio James, Melo, and Wade will do this season. I think this season is LOADED with matured talent. And Amare's coming back!!! (crosses fingers.) That kid is a total joy to watch. Well, as much as I hated the Suns beating my Lakers last year, I still love watching the Suns play. Nash is always a friggin joy to watch. I like everyone on the Suns except that douchebag Raja Bell.

Clippers will be awesome to watch too.

I hope that Radjonovic (sp) will contribute to the lakers really well. Lakers will start really slowly since most of the starters are injured :(.

Will Knicks finally do something this year? I think Marbury will still be Marbury and the Knicks will sadly be a sub-50% team again :(. boo.

Chicago!!!! holy crap, that team will get far this year, if not next year. That team is really fun to watch. Just wondering how Ben Wallace will fit in. Hope he'll benefit the team well, although I believe he's worth less than he's being paid.

I don't think Spurs will go far. I think Dallas/Suns will be the ones to be contending for the West title. East.. Maybe Chicago, Nets, or Miami... But I like Chicago to win.

It'll probably be a Suns vs Chicago Finals :Q You heard it here first!

12 team league with my buddies. we added an extra roster spot for our own IL since the stupid nba took it away and thus yahoo took it away. we draft 14 players and then drop 1 guy before the season starts unless you have an injured guy (in my case marvin williams, dammit).

i was pretty stoked to see pierce fall to my 2nd round pick (vince carter, ak47, and chauncey were the mistakes that got picked before him) same with francis. he's going to get at least 16/4/5 this year.

What's wrong with AK47 being picked over Pierce??????

Anyhow, let's hope the Raptors can continue this preseason success and get to the playoffs.

Nick Collison for the win by the way.

Damn straight. Too bad my boy big stiff Robert Swift is out for the season already. Kind of a bummer because we can't see the three stooges (swift, petro, sene) in uniforms together.

The whole league really underrated our team. We are 2 deep in every position and we got a lot of big men to take fouls. With Gelabale and Wilkins that can work as G/F, we can do what grizzlies were doing with their rosters.

Oh, that's right... steroid induced players who enjoy the company of pine-tar.

People still play hockey?

Oh, wait no one plays hockey.

People still play football?

Oh that's right... whiny wide receivers who think they own the league.

etc.

Negative generalizations can be made for pretty much every sport.

that's a shame. This year is LOADED with young mature talent:
Amare, Lebron James, Carmelo, Dwyane Wade, Luol Deng just to name a very few.

C'mon, a NBA w/ Amare back is BIG news for REAL bball fans. I can't wait to watch that dude play.

There are veteran superstars that will always make your jaw drop:
Kobe, Kidd, Nash, Mcgrady, etc...
I guess you really won't appreciate it unless you really watch them play in person. The way they move their bodies and the speed in which these athletes move is art.

There's fun teams to watch such as the Suns, Chicago, Nets, Cavs, Dallas, Lakers.

There's more talent, excitement, and heavy tactical Defense this time around then there was during Jordon's time.

Yes, watching Jordon play was friggin awesome, and I am blessed to have live through watching him play (and destroy my Lakers w/ his unbelievable MOVE:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EL6ILwdZbX4)

but ya, needless to say, I'm pretty damn excited about this upcoming NBA season.
