NAV Corporate Won't Update...

I am running NAV Corporate that is from my University. They give it out to all of the students. It is an older version, but has been patched to work with WinXP.

Program: 7.51.847
Scan Engine: 4.1.0.6

When I click LiveUpdate, it starts, begins taking up 99% of available resources, then says Not Responding. It does this at the point where it says it is getting the Latest Product Information.

I am running WinXP Pro. Any ideas what the problem might be?

It was doing this before, and I thought it was due to ZoneAlarm, as it started right after I installed that. I formatted and did a whole new Windows install though, and it is still doing it. 🙁
