Natural Selection

Anyone here play Natural Selection (a Half-Life 1 mod)?

P.S. If anyone's interested in NS but hasn't played it yet can download the Full Client all you need is Half Life 1 and a Steam account.

I used to play, was my favorite mod for a while. but my halflife account stopped working (bought it 2nd hand and they started to implement that 1 account per CD key policy)

I play when I can (University blocks Steam so I can only play when I come home for holidays).
They made some nice changes for 3.1.

Hopefully they eventually update it for Source.

Used to play. Had some fun times with it, but there are some inherent problems. Mostly, unless you play a lot, you won't be used to the more evolved alien species or advanced weaponry. Fortunately, combat has helped with that.
I stopped playing at 3.0...

I played it for a short amount of time a couple years ago. It was different and sort of cool, but I didn't stick with it. I found it pretty confusing also as far as evolving and such.

I've played it off and on since initial release. (12v2 + "turrent" farms = one unhappy bob) I haven't played the latest version yet, though. I'm waiting for the community to jump-start again. The NS forums being down has hurt.
