Goddammit, there's supposed to be a Law & Order marathon on TNT, but NASCAR is on for some godforsaken reason. :disgust:
I was all ready to veg out on the couch and enjoy my holiday watching L&O all day. :|

I had enough of this stupid "sport" having to watch Bush on every news channel at whatever event that was the other day.

Busch race was canceled due to train, so it is finishes up this morning. TNT partners with NBC remember.
 
I guess they figure that there are more middle aged white men men sitting jobless at home than smart people with good jobs. A good marketing decision by TNT.
If Bush would get off his arse and do something about enemployment we could watch our law and order like we want to. 😛

Hey Asshat...... middle aged and unemployed does not confer any deeper meaning as to intelligence or the lack thereof. The U.S. manufacturing base moving off-shore might have more to do with unemployment than any ageist generalization you might have.
Hang around here for a little while and you'll hear tales of woe from recent CS / EE / IT degree holders who can't find a job or only ones that are temporary as they train offshore workers to do the jobs that used to be a U.S. citizen's.
