The details in the first one can't be seen too well but the second image clearly shows a HUGE gray cloud of smoke drifting northwest from lower Manhattan.

There was a view on the news yesterday of the Statue of Liberty in front of the smoke cloud. The Statue of Liberty usually seems huge, but it looked tiny compared to the huge smoke cloud.
A terrible tragedy.
