Which side are you on?

Personally, to me jay-z doesn't seem to have that much talent in music making. he just got lucky and attracted people

anyone else? feel free to diss me, i don't care. my comment is "mod-appropriate", so i trust the mods will close this thread once it gets too out of hand
 
That's a pretty biased poll...why not use the real names and then voice your opinion.

Personally, I don't like either.
 
Ummm...by the old thread title, I'm gonna guess which way you lean 😀

IMHO, Nas is a million times better though Jay-Z makes a better club/party song.
 
Nas was good when he started (Illmatic, It was written), but he got crappy with "I am" and "Nastradamus". I haven't heard his latest album, so maybe it's better... Jay-Z might not be the best rapper, but he's decent and can actually produce stuff.

So I vot for Gay-Z

lol. i don't especially listen to either really. on my comp i have only one nas song (his new one...that got urself a... song). but yeah. i just saw this being discussed on mtv and i decided to post here. lol
 
It's even, if you ask me, Nas was hurting before he released Ether, but now Super Ugly has me dyin.... "me and A.I. both got something in Carmen" 😀
