They arne't 100% legal there are international copyright laws you know, and there's even license holders in the USA... Chances of being prosecuted for downloading them is probably 0% though.
 
Yeah so, Naruto is officially licensed and copyrighted in the US now. As such, downloading a "free" copy off any site without paying a licensing fee to the owner is not 100% legal.

Also, why would somebody be stupid enough to register for some crappy site that only lets you download 3 a day, when they can go straight to Dattebayo and get as many as they want?

Because you don't have to go through the bittorrent process. The speed of these downloads are about 170kb.

Because you don't have to go through the bittorrent process. The speed of these downloads are about 170kb.

I'm obviously missing something, because with 4500 seeds and 1200 peers it's currently running towards 500KB/sec or so, but maybe slow downloads are your thing?

It is still probably illegal, but not regulated so you won't be fined etc.
Also you can really fast speeds with all those Naruto seeders so get from with torrents and skip that wait time.
Also Naruto sucks due to insanely bonkers fillers so skip the stupid episodes or play them at 2x or greater speeds.
 
No, just, like, 70 episodes of filler material. Not even canon 🙁. But 204 or 208 will bring the new arcs. 😀
