Yeah, but rumor has it that the Christmas special will be Kakashi Gaiden (ZOMG, KAKASHI GARDEN! ), so it may not even be 3 months. Anyhoo, 3 months > infinite filler.

is there a list somewhere that list where the filler starts, ends, and a brief of the fillers?

Fillers end at 220. Though the last filler is worth watching just to see the lead-up to Naruto leaving for training with Jiraiya. Fillers start at episode 135.

Go to TV.com for a rundown of the episodes in-between. Most are just crap.

Pretty much anything with Hidan and Kakuzu should look awesome. Cool stuff from those two.
