its gonna take forever now for the anime to catch up to the manga...

is there a list somewhere that list where the filler starts, ends, and a brief of the fillers?

-JR

Fillers end at 220. Though the last filler is worth watching just to see the lead-up to Naruto leaving for training with Jiraiya. Fillers start at episode 135.

Go to TV.com for a rundown of the episodes in-between. Most are just crap.

Woah... u watched 85 episodes of fillers?

I watched maybe 1/3 of the fillers just to have something to watch. Skipped the rest.

The last group of fillers with Gaara was extremely disappointing only because it set itself up very well only to fail miserably when it came time for action.

Well Gaara looked pretty disappointing in the manga... btw does it relate to where Gaara is now in the manga? (those filler eps...)

The last set of fillers does only in how it relates to Gaara progressing in coming out his shell and start caring for others...especially those in his village.

I've watched every episode, mainly out of boredom, I had to force myself to watch the last few. I'm so glad we get new crap to watch.

I watched all the fillers too. I died a little inside with each episode I watched. I'm glad it's going to be the real deal again.

I'll admit that I've watched every single one of the fillers. Its just a weekly routine. Some were half decent but most were complete trash. This last arc I thought had potential but the end fight with Gaara was pathetic. And why wasn't Naruto using Rasengan to get through the dome?

I can't wait for it to start getting good again.

I'm happy to say that I stopped watching around mid-November. That said, however, I am glad to see the actual storyline is returning. It was a decently fun show.

And $6000 of it they are donating to a charity. They only needed ~$3000 apparently. :D

Well, it's nice to be back from fillers, but I'm disappointed in a few regards.

1. They gave away way too much future plot in the first 5 minutes or so. I assume this was done to appease Sasuke fangirls.
2. Where's the widescreen? The op and the "future" stuff was widescreen, but most of the episode was not. This leads me to suspect a switch sometime in the future, a la One Piece, but it would have been nice for Shippuuden to be available in high definition widescreen from the start.

That said, knowing the plot from the manga, episode 2 should be great! :D

wow, amazing episode..something that i actually watched twiced.

i think the teaser in the beginning is just to show you all the good stuff coming up. like the two new people with them. the animation is superb... i mean compare to the last episode which is horrid.

That's more than a year's worth of fillers. They're useless anyways and have nothing to do with the main plot.

Yeah, I stopped watching the fillers and my friend who didn't said that I missed a whole lot of nothing. I've watched up to 220 now and am pretty excited to get back into the Naruto world. :D

The fillers are crap. Having read the manga, you REALLY want to watch the main plot.
