The lineup (2003):
CL type S 6 speed, G35, Maxima SE, 1.8T, ???

So far Ive only driven a '00 TL which I assume is close to the type of drive a CL is. Any opinions, the price limit is set at 30k, looking for the luxury speed combo.

The Maxima doesn't really fit in that line up. You will find the other cars to be smaller and handle better.

Try the G35, then the 1.8 (I assume you mean Audi). This will give you a bit of prespective on the different interpretations of "sport sedan".

<< Are you reffering to the Volvo V40 1.8t? >>

Volvo has a 1.9T. VW/Audi has the 1.8T.

Do you want a manual transmission? If not, the G35 is the winner for performance/price. Automatic only, but it's faster than all of those cars, and it's rear wheel drive. All those other cars are good tho.

the TL handles like a boat in comparison to the CL.
