The retrievable torpedo that gets towed is quite the neat gadget. The semi-subs are detectable from the air or radar as well, especially the ones with the pipes coming out of the top. I think like he said they will eventually build a bigger torpedo that can with propulsion that could dive and putt along in daylight hours and then surface at night and re-charge the batteries and cruise much faster on a gas or diesel motor and operate it via remote..

Wow, 100 ft long and fully submersible to boot. Of course it has to surface eventually (prob. at night) to re-charge the batt's. I wonder how deep they trusted it's pressure hull to go down too?.
