Napster now free? What's the catch?

Sounds good for me. With a 30GB+ collection already and playing everything on Random, not sure I'll hear anything 5 times =)

ummm is this all web based streaming now, or am i just impatient and didnt bother to read the site.
i had napster a while ago where it was basically the same model as yahoo music (which i now have)

Thanks op! Not to bad if you just want to listen to it is in a low bit rate and in mono. But great if you just want to check out a song or to turn on and play in the background.
Oh and back when I had the service (6 months ago) it was codded in 128. Yahoo is the best IMO if your gonna pay.

Rhapsody gives full 5 songs per month you can listen to in high bit rate and hifi just to FYI.
And if you have comcast you can get 25 songs a month 😉

I can never get my free rhapsody to work. It only gives me 30 sec clips or the limited radio stations, but not my desired song full length? What software version are you running?

I think it's 25 for everyone.

The free version I had was only 5 songs and the one through comcast is called comcast 25.

As for getting it. Got to your home page. Click on Rhapsody Unlimited and download it. Unless it has changed since I did that over 6 months ago it should have you download the software and when you sign in should say you have 25 plays.

EDIT
My bad. Looks as though they have changed and its 25 songs free for anyone.
